Schedule: 10+ hours per day, 6 & 1, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week

Foreman - Earthworks Responsibilities: - Oversee, supervise and manage crew, including equipment operators and labourers
- Ensure schedules and timelines are met
- Work with project management to schedule and coordinate tasks
- Ensure equipment is maintained at the highest standards, in a timely manner
- Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture

Foreman - Earthworks Qualifications:- Minimum five (5) years Civil or Earthworks Foreman.
- In depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OHS guidelines.
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
- Excellent organizational and leadership with the ability to communicate and report effectively.
- Recognizes and understands the safe operation of heavy equipment and material handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Must be a team player.
- Committed to working in a safe and efficient manner.
