Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in MA
• Preferred experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and driving record screening
• Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required
• Preferred early intervention experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based occupational therapy services and assessments
• Guide families using the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
• Collaborate with a caring, multidisciplinary team
• Support families with insights, advocacy, and resources
• Mentor occupational therapy students and assistants
