At Elevation Autism, you can customize your workload - and your earning potential. You decide how you grow! Choose the path that works best for you: Increase billable hours - At any level, you can bill up to 30-31 hours per week (25 required). Each additional hour adds incremental compensation, up to an additional $18,900 per year. Expand your caseload - Level 2 and 3 BCBAs can carry up to 8 clients. Each client above 6 adds an additional $6,000 per year.
