This role is a temporary, project role with an expected end date of January 2029.

What You'll Do

As the E2E Planning Integration Director, you will drive the global integration of Mars Snacking & Accelerator End-to-End (E2E) Planning. In this highly visible role, you will lead the charge in unifying our legacy businesses onto a single, global standard planning system (Kinaxis). You will build a high-performing team of planning experts, define new ways of working between regional and global centers of excellence, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Logistics to optimize and future-proof our supply chain network.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end deployment of Kinaxis systems, processes, and tools across the Mars Snacking network.
  • Act as the central point of accountability for project milestones, keeping key global stakeholders aligned and updated throughout the integration.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 5-10 direct reports, fostering a culture of high performance, talent development, and continuous improvement.
  • Navigate complex challenges and influence areas outside your direct control, partnering heavily with commercial and operational functions from supplier to customer.
  • Utilize advanced analytical and critical thinking skills to synthesize inputs, identify inconsistencies, and understand the customer and consumer dynamics impacting demand.


Qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A. in supply chain management, science and/or engineering (Master's or advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of supply chain planning experience for a global or multi-plant consumer packaged goods company.
  • 3+ years of direct people leadership and a track record of engaging and developing talent.
  • Demonstrated leadership (P2 level) in Supply & Demand Planning.
  • Hands-on, working knowledge of the Kinaxis Planning system.
  • Project management experience at a global level with demonstrated skills managing key stakeholders across regions or business units.
  • Proven experience managing complex APS deployments (preferred).

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 169,840.00 - USD 233,530.00
