Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing E&I for large data center projects
• Demonstrated success in managing large construction projects
• Working knowledge of project plans, specifications, and contracts
• Estimating experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate activities
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for project profitability and safety
• Review project proposals with the project team
• Determine cost-effective construction methods and personnel use
• Review and approve subcontractors and invoices
• Coordinate activities with owners and subcontractors
• Manage project staff and enforce safety standards
• Ensure accurate reporting on project costs and budgets
• Initiate and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and suppliers
• Organize and conduct project coordination meetings
• Review and approve payment applications and change orders
• Ensure timely billings and accounts receivable management
• Lead project staff meetings and manage the closeout process
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
