Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Dynatrace administration and monitoring.
• Proficient in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) concepts.
• Experience with both Linux and Windows server administration.
• Solid understanding of major cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledgeable in networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancers).
• Skilled in scripting languages including PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Dynatrace solutions in enterprise systems.
• Manage deployment of OneAgent across various platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics for applications and infrastructure.
• Create actionable dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Set up alerting systems and manage detection policies.
• Conduct root cause analysis on performance issues.
• Integrate Dynatrace with popular ITSM and DevOps tools for streamlined workflows.
• Support cloud environments including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance monitoring capabilities.
• Maintain thorough documentation and operational standards.
