Job Title:
Due Diligence Analyst

Company:

Prologis

A day in the life

As the Strategic Capital Due Diligence Analyst, you will support Prologis' global investor due diligence program and help deliver a clear, accurate and responsive experience across our funds and co-investment ventures.

The Due Diligence team is often one of the first lines of assurance for investors considering a commitment to our funds. That capital represents the pensions, retirement savings, insurance assets and endowments of real people and communities. Our responsibility is to provide complete, accurate and understandable information so investors can make well-informed decisions on behalf of those they represent. Technology can improve speed and consistency, but sound judgment, clear communication and a human understanding of each investor remain essential.

In this role, you will independently manage requests for proposals ("RFPs"), due diligence questionnaires and related investor requests from kickoff through delivery, translate complex information into investor-ready content and build trusted relationships across the company.

This is a highly visible role within a global team, with regular exposure to senior leaders and subject matter experts across the company. Over time, the role will also help strengthen content governance, enhance workflows and develop deeper expertise aligned with team and business priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead preparation for and participate in operational due diligence meetings with consultants and investors, including agendas, meeting materials, speaker coordination, anticipated questions and follow-up actions.

Respond to multiple due diligence questionnaires from kickoff through completion, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, deliverables and internal reviews across offices and time zones.

Populate and own assigned content within the centralized RFP repository, including version control, source documentation, review cadence and retirement of outdated material.

Draft, edit and tailor clear narrative responses that accurately reflect Prologis' investment platform, funds, operations and approach while addressing the specific needs of each investor, consultant or prospective partner.

Coordinate with subject matter experts across Fund Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Tax, Valuations, Capital Markets, Operations, Technology, Human Resources, Sustainability and other functions to gather, validate and synthesize information.

Exercise sound judgment to identify incomplete, inconsistent or sensitive information and determine when additional review, clarification or escalation is required.

Complete consultant databases, industry surveys and recurring questionnaires accurately and on time.

Partner with Fund Management, Client Relations and Client Services to ensure due diligence responses remain consistent with current fund information and investor communications.

Respond to ad hoc investor questions with appropriate urgency, a service-oriented mindset and a clear understanding of the broader investor relationship.

Identify recurring investor questions, portfolio themes and emerging due diligence trends to help the team anticipate information needs and connect Prologis' capabilities to investor priorities.

Use AI, automation and data tools to improve efficiency, research, content development and information retrieval. Help build more scalable due diligence processes while maintaining appropriate human review and confidentiality.

Contribute to team initiatives and develop deeper expertise in an area aligned with business needs and personal interests, such as sustainability, fund management, data centers and more.

Building blocks for success

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business, real estate, communications or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant experience in due diligence, RFP writing, investor relations, client services, fund management or finance. Candidates with fewer years may be considered if their experience demonstrates meaningful ownership and judgment.

Prior experience with a private equity firm, real estate investment manager or institutional investment organization is preferred.

Strong written communication and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex information for institutional investors.

Working knowledge of private markets or private equity real estate concepts, fund structures, performance measures, fees and common investor due diligence topics.

Preferred

Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.

Strong project management, analytical and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively with senior leaders, subject matter experts and external clients.

Sound judgment, discretion and a commitment to accuracy when handling confidential or sensitive information

Proactive, collaborative and committed to responsive investor service in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and approved AI tools. Experience with RFP content platforms, CRM systems, workflow tools or data visualization is a plus.

What will set someone apart

The strongest candidates will be excellent writers and reliable operators who are also curious, comfortable with data and motivated to improve how information is organized, governed and delivered. They will be able to move between details and the bigger picture, understand the investor behind the request and help the team evolve without losing sight of the quality and responsiveness required today.

Compensation

Hiring Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

All full-time roles in the US come with a robust benefits package which includes healthcare, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents.
