Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Duck Creek Policy Developer with hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy Administration and the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The role involves developing, customizing, and supporting Duck Creek applications while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure Duck Creek Policy solutions.
Develop and maintain Author manuscripts, product configurations, rating rules, forms, workflows, and integrations.
Build and support integrations using APIs and web services.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile ceremonies.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills
2+ years of Duck Creek development experience.
Strong expertise in: Duck Creek Policy Administration & Author Manuscript Development & Product Configuration C#, .NET/Core, ASP.NET SQL Server XML/XSLT REST/SOAP APIs
Knowledge of SDLC, Git, Azure DevOps/TFS.
Understanding of P&C Insurance processes.
Preferred Skills
Duck Creek Certification.
Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand.
Exposure to Azure/AWS, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of P&C products such as Auto, Homeowners, Commercial Lines, and Workers' Compensation.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile teams.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $95,000 - $110,000/Annum

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
