Full Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities Make recommendations to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively. Mentor and provide training on all technical aspects, including network installation, systems design and maintenance to IT personnel. Coordinate activity to ensure that all daily activities of the IT department are carried out. Accountable for enforcing compliance with all policies and internal control procedures as it pertains to the technology department. Accountable for all aspects of the casino network and security of all data files that are property of Dakota Sioux Casino. Ultimately responsible for all systems, servers, networking components, computer hardware, software applications, training, budget, schedules, and employee evaluations. Determine necessary purchases and acquisitions. Evaluate, justify, plan and oversee new systems design and development. Develop and maintain documentation of all IT procedures. Performs other duties and other responsibilities as necessary to fulfill the requirements and function of this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a computer technology-related field PLUS 4 years of experience in administering a Windows Server & Network environment PLUS a minimum of one-year supervisory experience;
OR a degree in a computer technology-related field PLUS a minimum of 10 years of experience in administering a Windows Server & Network environment PLUS a minimum of one-year supervisory experience.
