Responsibilities:
  • Provides recommendations and solutions for residential drain cleaning, drain repair, sewer repair, and sewer replacement projects.
  • Educates homeowners on the condition of their drain and sewer systems, including preventative maintenance and long-term repair options.
  • Identifies and presents solutions for common drain and sewer issues, including backups, blockages, root intrusion, line breaks, and deteriorated piping.
  • Works closely with drain technicians and sewer crews to develop accurate scopes of work for drain and sewer restoration projects.
  • Assists homeowners in understanding available options for drain line repairs, sewer line replacements, trenchless solutions, and excavation projects.
  • Evaluates opportunities for additional drain and sewer services that improve system performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Must have a proven track record in a one-call call close sales role performing at a high level
  • Must demonstrate competence in communicating sewer issues and clearly explain solutions that homeowners can understand.
  • Must be proficient with using iphone/ipad
  • Must have a clean DMV report and pass pre-employment screenings.
