Develop enterprise solution architectures across multiple applications, services, APIs, databases, and integration platforms.

Apply clean architecture, domain-driven design, dependency injection, async/await patterns, and reusable design practices.

Design and optimize SQL Server solutions, including advanced T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing strategies, execution plans, Query Store tuning, partitioning, and performance optimization.

Support high-availability and disaster recovery strategies using SQL Server technologies such as Always On availability groups.

Lead technical design efforts for modernizing legacy applications into cloud-native, secure, and scalable application platforms.

Convert and migrate data from legacy systems into modern application data models.

Define integration strategies for enterprise systems, including REST APIs, messaging, authentication, and secure data exchange between Microsoft, IBM, and third-party systems.

Drive adoption of GitHub Copilot across .NET development teams, including custom instructions, prompt engineering, AI-assisted refactoring, automated testing, documentation, and code review practices.

Produce architecture diagrams, technical specifications, design documents, and modernization roadmaps.

Lead architecture reviews, design sessions, proof-of-concepts, project planning, and technical estimation activities.

Establish architecture standards, coding standards, reusable design patterns, CI/CD practices, branching models, automated deployments, and DevSecOps processes.

Ensure solutions comply with IT security policies, WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards, PII protection requirements, zero-trust principles, and regulatory compliance expectations.

Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and commercial software products and provide recommendations aligned with long-term technology strategy.

Mentor development teams on .NET architecture patterns, secure coding practices, modernization strategies, and AI-assisted development best practices.
