Role Purpose-The purpose of this role is to lead domain-led transformation initiatives by overseeing delivery governance, reviewing forecasting models, and supervising teams, while ensuring business outcomes through revenue growth and opportunity identification.
E͏TL PL SQL͏
Minimum of 7 -10 yrs of working experience in PL/SQL, including query optimization, stored procedures, and indexing (Preferably in Oracle based tools)
5 - 7 yrs of working experience in ETL Tools (Informatica and/or Databricks) .
Worked on understanding business requirements, designing and implementing ETL mappings and controls
Has working experience in Oracle (OFSAA/ Mantas) specifically in Transaction Monitoring domain
Good understanding of the Compliance domain and concepts i.e., Anti-Money laundering (AML - Transaction Monitoring), Customer Risk Rating etc. is a must
Data management experience - Understand data flows, developed data dictionaries/lineage, experience in trouble shooting and resolving data issues, translating data requirements to functional/technical design documents.
Other skillsets͏͏
Good communication and articulation skills as the person will be based on- shore, will be required to engage with business teams in the region

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
