  • Research and evaluate technology solutions to meet business capability and integration requirements.
  • Advise leadership on architecture strategies, methodologies, and long-term design direction.
  • Align architecture with enterprise strategy, product roadmaps, and integration blueprint objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for proof-of-concepts and participate in validating new architectural approaches.
  • Define architecture artifacts and documentation standards to support consistency and governance.

STRATEGIC IMPLEMENTATION

  • Analyze the impact of systems, data, and process changes on enterprise operations and performance.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and portfolio teams to translate architecture into executable plans.

GOVERNANCE
  • Lead activities related to maintaining integration architecture and design consistency across initiatives.
  • Review solution designs to ensure conformance with architecture standards, policies, and roadmaps.
  • Provide cross-program architectural governance, identifying risks, duplications, or misalignment.
  • Recommend architecture standards, tools, and methodologies to strengthen governance processes.
  • Support escalation and decision-making for complex or high-risk architectural challenges.
  • Ensure alignment across key domains (ERP, Supply Chain, Digital, Data, HCM) to avoid fragmentation.

PEOPLE LEADERSHIP & EDUCATION
  • Lead, coach, and develop Solution Architects embedded in Business Capability Enablement teams.
  • Share best practices, lessons learned, and evolving architectural standards across the organization.
