Description The TeamInfrastructure & Capital Projects Practice: A&M's Infrastructure & Capital Projects (INFRA) practice is a global team of over 1,000 sector experts and specialized consultants. We combine strategic and operational expertise with deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and project leaders in selecting, structuring, improving, and executing capital projects more efficiently and sustainably.
The Document Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining the document control system, ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of project records. The incumbent will coordinate document control activities across various teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and manage document control processes and procedures.
- Maintain an organized filing system for technical and project documentation.
- Ensure timely distribution and retrieval of documents for engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Generate and validate document transmittals and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Perform periodic audits on technical documents and support quality assurance initiatives.
- Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to manage documentation flow.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in document control roles within large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in document management systems and software such as, Aconex, SharePoint, Omega 365 etc..
- Strong analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and business acumen
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Outlook required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Teams considered an asset

The salary range is $95,000 - $140,000 CAD annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
