Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 audits and certifications.
  • Drive the implementation of Quality Management Systems including document control and change management.
  • Oversee compliance reporting related to REAH/RoHS and conflict minerals.
  • Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives through QBR and supplier scorecards.
  • Manage the customer RMA process from initiation to final reporting, including failure analysis.
  • Conduct audits of supplier sites to ensure quality compliance.
  • Monitor and report on technology and product reliability.

Title

Reporting to the VP Of Fab Operations & Quality, the DMTS Quality Engineer will be driving corporate quality improvement projects at Everspin.

The Role

Reporting to the VP Of Fab Operations & Quality, the DMTS Quality Engineer will be driving corporate quality improvement projects at Everspin.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Managing ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 yearly audits and certifications.
  • Driving Quality Management Systems: Document Control, Change Management, MRB, 8D.
  • Managing compliance reports (REAH/RoHS, conflict minerals).
  • Driving Supplier Quality improvements (QBR, Supplier scorecard).
  • Driving customer RMA process from initiation through failure analysis and final reports.
  • Conducting supplier site audits.
  • Managing technology and product reliability monitoring reporting activities.


Qualifications & Competencies

  • Preference to candidates with Semiconductor industry experience: Fab process, Product Test, packaging reliability.
  • Bachler's degree in Electrical, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science preferred.
  • Familiarity with JEDEC standards, ISO 9901/14001, IATF 16949, automotive quality, SPC, Cpk.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable working with various internal company divisions and external suppliers & customers.
