Job Description

The DM Coaching Lead is responsible for partnering with District Managers to improve business performance across their districts and regions with specific focus on enrollment and retention metrics. This role leverages data, operational reporting, and business (sales/operations) experience to coach District Managers on strategy, routines, execution, and problem-solving. The Coach does not directly manage districts, but rather influences results through insight, guidance, and accountability.

Essential Functions:

Coaching & Development
  • Serve as a trusted coach and thought partner to District Managers
  • Provide objective feedback and guidance to improve leadership effectiveness and decision-making
  • Coach District Managers on prioritization, execution, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments

Data & Performance Analysis
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Use dashboards and reports to diagnose gaps and root causes
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for District Managers
  • Help leaders focus on the highest-impact activities to improve results

Business Optimization
  • Partner with District Managers to help them create routines (and action plans) for their District that drive retention, enrollment, and operational excellence
  • Share best practices and proven strategies for sales engagement and customer retention
  • Identify opportunities to improve consistency and execution across districts
  • Support turnaround, stabilization, or growth initiatives as needed

Field Engagement & Influence
  • Conduct field visits to observe school operations, best practices, and routines
  • Influence by building credibility and trust with District Managers
  • Act as a liaison between field leadership (DMs) and Support Central partners

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
  • Provide feedback to the LCG Customer team on District performance trends and gaps
  • Track progress of coaching initiatives and outcomes
  • Contribute insights to improve tools, reporting, and operational programs


Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field required.
  • 5+ years' experience and proven success driving performance across multiple locations.

Travel

Approximately 25% business travel.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
    • $80,000-95,000 base salary.
    • This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
