We have an established fabrication operation, engineering support, active quoting opportunities, and capital to invest in growth. We need someone who can turn opportunities into awarded projects and develop long-term relationships with general contractors, developers, and commercial customers.

Responsibilities- Estimate and bid Division 5 miscellaneous metals projects
- Review plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Develop relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and developers
- Pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
- Negotiate pricing and close awarded projects
- Work closely with engineering and production to ensure successful project execution
- Visit customers and jobsites throughout Southern California
Qualifications- 5+ years estimating and selling Division 5 miscellaneous metals or structural steel projects
- Proven ability to prepare competitive bids and win work
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, takeoffs, and fabrication
- Existing Southern California contractor relationships are highly preferred
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable building a book of business
Compensation- Competitive base salary ($70,000-130,000 DOE)
