What it’s like to be a Federated District Sales Manager

The District Sales Manager is responsible for a team of commercial-lines insurance specialists, their professional development and the collective achievement of set results. You will be in regular contact with each member of your team, sharing your experience with them, mentoring them and, if necessary, travelling in the field with them.

If you are great at:

  • Sales techniques, communication

  • Understanding the market and commercial insurance

  • Actively supporting the development of team members and achieving results

If you have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in direct sales with a focus in commercial-lines insurance

  • OTL or RIBO are an asset

  • The ability to manage a team and help your team members grow.

  • A talent for achieving ambitious goals.

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $102,000 - $142,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
