District Manager at Tampa, Florida.

As a District Manager, you will:

Need to have an Active Real Estate License.

Oversee the operations, performance, and profitability of a portfolio of residential properties within an assigned market. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, operational excellence, and team development while ensuring alignment with company objectives. The District Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide leadership to local property teams, and support the overall strategic vision of the district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute district-wide operational strategies to maximize occupancy, rental revenue, and portfolio performance.
  • Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, resident services, maintenance, budget management, and compliance.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop property management teams, providing coaching and performance feedback.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned district.

This is a Direct Hire full-time opportunity.

Pay Rate: $K100- $125K Annually
