Salary: $85,000-$92,000/Year
Are you a motivated and experienced management or security professional looking for the next step in your career? Our Vancouver branch is in search of an experienced District Manager to add to our essential operations team! This position is responsible for performing a full range of administrative support functions while overseeing a full staff of supervisors and security officers.
The ideal candidate will be equipped in handling a variety of management functions for assigned account. They must have previous experience in developing a high performing team with strong customer service skills and great communication while adhering to our core values;

Position Requirements- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year previous management experience, preferably in the Security Industry.
- Proficient computer and technology skills needed.
- Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.
- Ability to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills a must.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
