Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of five years multi-unit retail sales/service operations leadership experience, preferably in the Storage industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Experience building ownership and accountability within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage interruptions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
• Capability to lift 50lbs and meet physical job requirements.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to achieve sales goals and optimize the portfolio's net operating income.
• Drive strong operational performance across assigned business units.
• Inspire, lead, and develop the team to foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor and improve sales and cost management, along with employee management and safety.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing business performance and efficiencies.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Manage all aspects of employee performance including hiring, terminations, and discipline.
• Effectively manage escalations and approval processes in a timely manner.
