The District Manager (Southern California) Calvin Klein leads the efforts to exceed expectations, provides exceptional service and displays passion for our brand. They are responsible for conducting strategic business analysis and driving their store teams to deliver top/bottom line sales and profit results while maintaining payroll, operating expenses, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies and brand standards. The District Manager oversees consistent visual and operational measures across their district and is committed to lead through a people first lens responsible for networking and recruitment, performance management, talent development, and retention.
The ideal candidate will reside in Los Angeles county (or Orange and Riverside counties).
What You'll Do:
Leads by example and creates an environment focused on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences through real-time coaching, modeling expectations, recognizing outstanding performance, and developing store teams
Empowers Store Managers to make decisions that align with brand standards while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience and a customer-first mindset
Analyzes sales to evaluate merchandising strengths and opportunities; collaborates with Store Managers to make store-based merchandising decisions that align with brand standards and drives sales results
Cascades brand direction and vision in a clear and motivational manner; models support of all company decisions and initiatives
Inspires and empowers store teams to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards
Motivates and inspires store teams to maintain an in-depth knowledge of product and promotions to help explain value and build brand loyalty
Assesses district trends and market conditions, implements business driving strategies, and presents opportunities to leadership based on trend analysis
People Responsibilities:
Oversees multiple direct reports and store teams while modeling the Company and Brand values, vision, and leadership behaviors
Ensures diverse best in class talent reflective of the brand in line with CK Culture, expectations, wage, and census targets
Collaborates with Store Managers to review talent and succession plans, establishes ongoing development strategies, and supports with networking and recruitment efforts that builds a strong talent pipeline
Regularly evaluates performance and provides timely, thoughtful, and actionable feedback for improvement as well as provides growth through ongoing training and development
Demonstrates a sense of pride, dedication, and passion for the brand and our customers
Communicates with professionalism, clarity, and a sense of purpose maintaining composure, approachability when confronted with change and challenges

Revenue Generation Responsibilities:
Cultivates an environment focused on elevating the customer experience, developing store teams, and achieving sales goals
Motivates and inspires the district to maintain an in-depth knowledge of product and promotions
Educates store teams on reports, analysis of business trends, and inventory opportunities
Empowers and challenges teams to make decisions that align with brand standards, prioritize results, and deliver exceptional customer experience
Consistently analyzes and interprets various business reports, develops strategies, and makes decisions based on maximizing financial performance and achieving sales goals
Communicates expectations and holds teams accountable to business goals while ensuring maximum efficiency and ongoing compliance
Assesses district trends and market conditions, implements business driving strategies, and presents opportunities to leadership based on trend analysis
Operational Responsibilities:
Ensures store standards are maintained, expectations are being achieved and action plans are developed to move the business forward
Conducts audits to ensure consistent visual, operational, and loss prevention standards across all stores; delivers coaching and training utilizing all company tools, policies and procedures
Enforces district financial expectations; including inventory management, payroll, and controllable expenses in alignment with budgets
Prioritizes workflow through successful planning and time management while understanding and complying with all company policies, procedures and operations
Maintains the highest level of security and safety awareness within the stores
Ensures for maintenance of the physical appearance and cleanliness of stores within market
Tracks and checks for compliance of all company assigned training within the district
Reviews communications to the stores to add clarity and detail to initial direction and execution expectations
Participates in projects and roll outs including Standard Operating Procedures, new technology, tests, remodels, new store openings, and more
Acts as a liaison between corporate office and district/store teams and recommends ideas to improve standards and processes
Champions innovation and change, supports company initiatives, and reinforces a continuous improvement environment
Visual, Brand and Product Management Responsibilities:
Maintains that all stores are merchandised according to visual guidelines; understands and holds teams accountable to the standards that are outlined by the store concept and the VMCS
· Educates the teams on assessing visual directives and substituting products as needed; coaches teams to drive sales opportunities through adjustments to product placement
Communicates observations and opportunities regarding quality control and managing store inventories through the proper channels
Makes certain of timely planning and execution of store seasonal concepts
Leads field in implementation of visual strategy, execution, and adaptation of guidelines and standards through virtual and on-site partnership with field and store leaders
Empowers stores to make decisions that align with CK brand standards and prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a multi-unit leadership role combined with 7-10 years of retail store management experience required
Bachelor’s/Associate degree preferred; high school diploma/equivalent required
Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends and overnights; daily travel is required
Excellent verbal/written communication with a strong capability to prioritize workflow through successful planning and time management skills
Proven ability to hire, develop and retain talent while driving results, operational efficiencies and creating a customer-centric culture
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) and iOS applications, necessary to perform job functions

Pay Range:$125,100---$169,300
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
