Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of five years multi-unit retail sales/service operations leadership experience, preferably from the Storage industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Proven ability to foster ownership and accountability within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage interruptions effectively.
• Capable of meeting deadlines consistently under pressure.
• Independent worker capable of leading a team of 20-35+ employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and general computer skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel within the district and other locations as needed.
