Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with property managers and corporate teams regarding operations.
• Conduct weekly visits to properties alongside on-site managers.
• Directly manage and guide staff at various locations.
• Monitor and adjust advertising and marketing strategies monthly.
• Propose proactive changes to upper management based on observations.
• Drive the occupancy rates of properties to meet company goals.
• Join ownership on property site visits for evaluations.
• Analyze income and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Facilitate bi-monthly managers meetings for team alignment.
• Oversee hiring, training, and professional development of site employees.
• Prepare and maintain financial projections and budgets for each property.
