District Manager

Position SummaryAs a District Manager, you will oversee 8-12 store locations, serving as a key leader responsible for executing company initiatives, driving financial performance, and developing high-performing teams. You'll ensure each location operates efficiently, meets performance targets, and upholds our customer service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff
  • Drive achievement of company targets for EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metrics
  • Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers
  • Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores
  • Coach and mentor store managers and team members to support their development and career progression

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management experience
  • Strong knowledge of tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teams
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of personal integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting in small to medium-sized groups
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
  • Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site as needed
  • Valid in-state driver's license and insurability under company vehicle policy
