Full Job Description
Lead a seven-account K-12 school portfolio across Connecticut and southern New York. Partner with clients, guide high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence, financial results, and exceptional experiences for students and communities.

Bring financial acumen, client-relations strength, and a growth mindset to identify new opportunities, win business, and lead RFP responses. USDA school nutrition experience is preferred for this complex, multi-site leadership opportunity.

Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you'll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $134640 - $209110

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
