Full Job Description
Manages district operations by overseeing field teams, directing patient support activities, ensuring protocol compliance, and achieving service delivery and quality targets.
Leads team performance through coaching sessions, feedback, individual development plans, performance gap resolution, and hiring, termination decisions to enhance capabilities.
Drives business results by analyzing KPIs, implementing improvements, resolving operational challenges, identifying market trends, and meeting enrollment, retention, and satisfaction goals.
Manages client partnerships through business reviews, program outcome presentations, escalation resolution, and collaboration on strategic expansion initiatives.
Oversees district resources by managing budgets, controlling expenses, forecasting financial needs, making staffing decisions, and optimizing personnel allocation across territories.
Ensures regulatory compliance by monitoring adherence to privacy regulations, SOPs, and pharmaceutical industry guidelines across all district activities.
Leads cross-functional collaboration with clinical operations, reimbursement services, training, and quality assurance to align district priorities, share field intelligence, and inform program enhancements.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, public health, health administration, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
7+ years of experience in healthcare operations and services, patient services, case management, field operations, pharmaceutical services, or a related field required.
3+ years of experience in a management capacity required.
Clinical licensure in good standing preferred. Certified Case Manager (CCM), Accredited Case Manager (ACM), or equivalent certification preferred.
Certification in project, program management (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2), process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), privacy, compliance, or pharmaceutical operations preferred.
