Responsibilities

  • Leads and advises on HR programs, policies, practices, and compliance for assigned client groups.
  • Builds strong partnerships with leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
  • Participates in district HR planning and leads district-level projects and initiatives from development through execution and evaluation.
  • Leads district Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) committee initiatives, supporting inclusive practices and employee engagement.
  • Coaches leaders and employees on career management, including goal setting, development planning, and employee growth.
  • Supports employee relations and performance management matters, applying sound judgment to resolve complex people issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Supports the execution of annual HR cycles (performance, talent review, succession, and compensation programs) to ensure consistency and alignment across client groups.
  • Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with stakeholders across the district.
