Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or financial-analysis experience
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Ability to link financial insights to operational performance
• Strong communication skills to engage with non-financial leaders
• Analytical mindset with a drive for accountability and challenging norms
• Proficient in Excel and financial analysis techniques
• Adaptability in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with district leadership on financial performance and strategic business decisions
• Oversee district-level P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
• Analyze key operational metrics: revenue, labor costs, overtime, and route profitability
• Conduct monthly financial reviews and provide actionable insights
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and productivity enhancements
• Support capital expenditure analyses and customer profitability assessments
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Facilitate understanding of financial data among operational leaders without assuming accounting expertise
