Branch District ManagerWhat you will be doing:- Oversee, monitor, and direct branch sales, service, operational, and coaching activities to ensure achievement of organizational goals, operational standards, and member experience expectations.
- Directly supervise, coach, mentor, and support branch management teams to achieve membership growth, loan growth, deposit growth, referral generation, operational effectiveness, and member satisfaction goals.
- Evaluate branch management performance and address opportunities through coaching, accountability discussions, leadership development, performance evaluations, and succession planning initiatives.
- Support staffing strategies, scheduling oversight, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership development efforts throughout assigned branches.
- Serve as a key leader and advocate for Conversational Sales Training (CST) initiatives throughout the branch network.
- Reinforce consultative sales behaviors, relationship-building techniques, and member engagement strategies through ongoing coaching and leadership support.
- Drive accountability for consistent execution of the Member Needs Review (MNR) process within branch teams to support deeper member relationships and personalized financial conversations.
- Conduct coaching observations, branch visits, and developmental discussions focused on conversational sales effectiveness, member engagement, pipeline management, and leadership development.
- Lead and reinforce organizational sales culture initiatives designed to improve membership growth, relationship expansion, loan production, referrals, and member engagement.
- Coach and develop branch leadership teams on effective sales management, performance accountability, member relationship development, and consultative sales leadership strategies.
What we need from you:- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, with a minimum of 5 years' work experience in a financial institution with sales focus; or minimum 7 years' branch network management experience with sales and service focus.
- Leadership skills: ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions.
- Effective time management: ability to work within multiple branches and across a large region, coordinate visiting branches on a regular basis, create schedules and manage time of direct reports to ensure achievement of service standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational sales initiatives, coaching strategies, and relationship-focused sales cultures.
- Strong knowledge of Conversational Sales Training (CST), consultative sales techniques, coaching methodologies, and relationship management practices preferred.
- Strong operational, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, executives, members, and community partners.
- Working knowledge of regulations, operational procedures, compliance standards, and financial institution practices.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, reporting tools, and organizational technology platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and branch locations while maintaining operational consistency and employee engagement.
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and work flexible schedules as needed to support organizational initiatives and business needs.

Pay Range: $105,257 - $131,572 per year
