Qualifications

• Direct leadership experience of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ employees.
• Track record of enhancing productivity, quality, and safety in operations.
• Familiarity with KPIs, performance metrics, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor to maintain accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Oversee all daily warehouse operations for inbound, outbound, and support departments.
• Coach and mentor warehouse managers, providing daily feedback for their professional growth.
• Drive excellence in operations through accountability and continuous process improvements.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges using data-driven methods.
