THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Distribution team is growing with it. You will play a pivotal role in executing and monitoring the inbound, outbound, and inventory operations that enable the delivery of our world-class Distribution approach. THE ROLE As the Senior Distribution Centre Supervisor/Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will lead the team to:
- Uphold operational excellence within the four walls of our Distribution Centres
- Facilitate the intake of shipments arriving to our Distribution Network
- Facilitate the direct and indirect activities involved in fulfilling shipments, sent from our Distribution Network
- Facilitate the movement of inventory within our Distribution Network
- Uphold workplace safety and health and violence protection measures
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Distribution Centre Supervisor/Distribution Centre Supervisor has:
- Proven skills, education and/or applicable certifications in Distribution Centre leadership, apparel or retail operations, and distribution automation.
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
THE COMPENSATIONAt Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
