Job DescriptionYou will be the Distribution Center Site Lead for the Distribution Center Operations Team. Our team is responsible for managing inbound, decant, put-away, picking, internal transportation, shipping, and cross-functional support functions such as Maintenance, Quality, and Safety.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Distribution Center Site Lead you will be responsible for leading a distribution center that directly supports three manufacturing facilities (two in Florida and one in Alabama). You will ensure seamless material flow, uphold safety standards, and drive continuous improvement while working remotely through 2026 with travel involved and transitioning onsite in early 2027.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage inbound, decant, put-away, picking, internal transportation, and shipping operations.
- Oversee cross-functional Maintenance, Quality, and Safety support.
- Serve as the HR escalation point and ensure critical safety-training compliance.
- Drive staff growth, development, and performance-metrics reporting.
- Coordinate travel, remote collaboration, and the 2027 onsite transition.
Basic Qualifications10+ years warehouse/distribution center experience required
Candidate requires proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs.
Candidate must have prior experience using Enterprise Resource Planning and Warehousing systems. Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, a represented workforce and internal and external customers.
Candidate should demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
Candidate must be highly accurate, organized detail oriented, with ability to resolve conflicting priorities.
Candidate requires previous leadership experience; with ability to assign projects to organizational unit by leading staff to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Candidate must be a strategic thinker, have a growth mindset, and have a customer-centric mindset. An ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual is needed.
Ability to obtain a security clearance

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
