Qualifications

• Experience in coaching teams and managing performance effectively.
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities, especially with warehousing technologies.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in problem-solving and process enhancement to achieve tangible results.
• Skilled in handling difficult conversations and communicating across various organizational levels.
• Relevant Associate's degree or higher in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team members to meet daily operational objectives.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage workforce plans and make immediate decisions to enhance service and efficiency.
• Facilitate daily team meetings and assist in production scheduling.
• Address Warehouse Management System issues and support system enhancements.
• Participate in audits to ensure compliance and address findings effectively.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and assist with financial planning.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and teamwork among team members.
• Assist with recruitment and talent development within the department.
