Qualifications

• Proven communication skills to effectively coordinate and convey information
• Strong teamwork capabilities to collaborate with field crews and management
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with managing service orders and outage responses
• Comfortable using communication tools and technology relevant to dispatching
