Accroître la part de marché et dépasser les objectifs de vente des prêteurs existants ou des nouveaux prêteurs, tout en assurant un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle et en dépassant nos objectifs de taux de satisfaction de la clientèle. Aider à découvrir et à tirer parti des occasions de distribution de nouveaux produits dans tous les segments de prêt. VOTRE CONTRIBUTION :

  • Faire croître les affaires et dépasser les objectifs de vente des clients ou des clients potentiels identifiés, tout en assurant un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle pour veiller à dépasser nos cotes de satisfaction de la clientèle.
  • Participer à la découverte et à la mise à profit des occasions de nouveaux revenus nets pour tous les produits et services, soutenir tous les efforts de vente de l’entreprise, au besoin
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes d’entreprise et les gestionnaires de la distribution pour élaborer une stratégie de vente, et continuer de se perfectionner en participant à des occasions de formation, d’encadrement et d’apprentissage.
  • Gérer les dépenses en respectant le budget et les lignes directrices de FCT.

VOS COMPÉTENCES :

  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires en droit, dans le domaine des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Au moins huit ans d’expérience dans le domaine du droit ou de l’immobilier commercial
  • Solide expérience en développement des affaires dans un environnement de vente interentreprises, idéalement dans le domaine des prêts résidentiels
  • Capacité démontrée à établir et à entretenir de bonnes relations avec les clients
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions d’affaires éclairées et à s’assurer que les meilleures pratiques sont respectées
  • Connaissance de l’achat et du financement d’immeubles commerciaux, un atout
  • Expérience de vente éprouvée avec la capacité de trouver des clients potentiels, de créer des pistes de vente et d’établir des relations étroites avec les clients
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la négociation et la vente éclairée
  • Bonne connaissance des produits et services de base de FCT
  • Aptitude à travailler de façon interfonctionnelle avec tous les principaux intervenants pour satisfaire la clientèle
  • Bonne compréhension de l’industrie et de la profession des clients

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Grow business and exceed sales targets from clients or potential clients that are identified while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure we exceed in our customer satisfaction ratings
  • Assist in uncovering and capitalizing on opportunities for net new revenue for all products and services, support all Enterprise Sales efforts as required
  • Work with broader Enterprise Sales team and Distribution leaders to develop sales strategy and continue to grow by participating in training, coaching and learning opportunities.
  • Manage expenses within budget & FCT’s guidelines

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Post- Secondary degree in Legal, business or related field 
  • Minimum 8 years of legal and/or commercial real estate experience
  • Strong business development experience in a business to business sales environment, ideally with experience in the residential lending space
  • Proven ability in building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Confident ability to make sound business decisions and ensures best practices
  • Knowledge of purchasing and financing commercial real estate an asset
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to prospect, create leads and foster close account relationships.
  • Expert negotiation and insight sales skills
  • Good product knowledge of all FCT core products and services
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with all key stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Good understanding of the industry and customer profession.
  • Solid business acumen with sales and business development expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Minimum 5 years oflevel corporate B2B sales experience
  • Experience with contract negotiation and RFP submission.
  • Expert knowledge of sales cycle and key account management.
  • An asset would be the knowledge of purchasing and financing real estate
  • Note: As a condition of your employment, you may be required to obtain and maintain appropriate license(s) in order to be authorized to sell FCT products

 

Total Direct Compensation:

145,900 - 195,500

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
