Position Summary...
The Director, Walmart Services leads the development and execution of critical projects end to end across the financial services product suite. This role oversees financial and business case planning, partner management, tech requirements and tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver differentiated solutions that meet customer and business needs. The Director champions strategic initiatives and ensures operational excellence while fostering a culture of integrity, continuous improvement, and talent development. By aligning resources and priorities, this position supports Walmart's commitment to delivering value and exceptional service through effective leadership and business acumen.

What you'll do...
  • Lead the development and execution of critical launches to enhance Walmart Services' offerings and business performance.
  • Oversee financial planning and business case development, budgeting, and business prioritization to support operational objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and collaborate with partners to implement initiatives timely.
  • Direct new features and service activities to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30003: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
