What You Will Do:
  • Lead the development and execution of US market access strategy to support brand objectives and patient access goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, value and evidence, medical, regulatory, sales, and finance teams to shape access and reimbursement strategies.
  • Assess payer landscape, coverage, coding, reimbursement, and policy trends to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic actions.
  • Develop value propositions, access narratives, payer materials, and strategic recommendations that support product uptake and reimbursement.
  • Guide preparation for pricing, contracting, and access-related decisions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor and market dynamics, synthesize insights, and translate findings into actionable market access plans.
  • Represent US market access strategy in internal governance forums and support senior leadership decision-making with clear recommendations and analyses.


What You Will Need:

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Advanced degree such as MBA, PharmD, MPH, MS, or PhD.
  • Experience in oncology, immunology, rare
  • disease, or other specialty therapeutic areas.
  • Launch experience with new products in the US market access environment.
  • Experience with pricing strategy, contracting, and payer value communication.
  • Knowledge of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and real-world evidence.
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Experience working in a global or highly matrixed organization.


The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
