The Role

As the Director, University Talent Program Leader, you set the vision and lead execution of Fidelity’s enterprise early talent strategy, including the FIDTERN internship program. You develop how Fidelity attracts, engages, and converts early career talent at scale—directly influencing our future workforce.

You lead a team of 3 plus and work closely with leaders across Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Marketing, and business stakeholders. This is a highly visible role that calls for strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and the ability to drive alignment and results in a matrixed environment.

Expertise and Skills You Bring

The University Talent team builds early career pipelines and partners across the business to meet current and future talent needs. As Director, you lead a key part of this work—ensuring our early talent programs are connected, effective, and positioned to support long-term growth.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
