Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent - Preferred
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration - Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred or relevant experience considered
• 5 years in Accounting with focus on Payroll - Required
• 2 years in a Management or Supervisory Position - Required
• 3 years in Accounting with focus on Accounts Payable - Required
• Experienced with Payroll/AP systems - Required
• Experience in a Healthcare Setting - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee Payroll and Accounts Payable functions within the health system
• Train and manage staff in the department
• Review and finalize all Federal/State required payroll forms
• Update and maintain Payroll/AP computer systems
• Process executive payroll transactions
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures
