JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the strategic direction and operation of the enterprise's Surveillance Departments. Ensures strict compliance to policies, procedures, laws, and regulations in a gaming environment through proactive monitoring, timely identification, investigation, documentation and reporting of violations, suspicious activity, theft, fraud, or dishonest acts.

Strategic Leadership
  • Champion and model the organization's mission, values, ethics, and service culture across all areas of responsibility.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans that strengthen operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness, and overall business performance.
  • Lead change initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, modernize systems, and enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned division, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Optimize workflows, staffing models, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and service outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and internal controls; proactively monitor changes and adjust operations accordingly.


Operational Oversight

Financial & Performance Management

  • Responsible for the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies that support revenue growth and long-term sustainability.
  • Analyze departmental performance to assess efficiency, profitability, and return on investment.
  • Implement data-driven initiatives that enhance financial and operational results
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for guests, Team Members, and internal partners, that reflects the organization's brand standards.
  • Lead the development and implementation of programs, technologies, and service innovations that elevate the overall experience and strengthen the organization's competitive position.
  • Monitor feedback, service metrics, and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and drive consistent excellence.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing Team Members; set clear expectations and hold staff accountable for results.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • BS/BA preferred.
  • 10 years of surveillance, security or related field are required.
  • 5 years demonstrated success at the manager level required.
  • Minimum of 5 years casino experience preferred.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive material
  • Strong guest service, communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills; able to multitask, prioritize, and work closely with others while remaining adaptable, eager to learn, and receptive to direction.
  • Professional appearance with high personal hygiene standards; proficient with Microsoft applications, including Excel; extremely detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire for continued growth.
  • Able to remain mobile throughout the casino, stand for extended periods, perform frequent physical movements, lift up to 25 pounds, and respond to visual and auditory cues.
  • Effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments; able to communicate clearly in English and follow instructions accurately.
  • Comfortable working amid varying noise, temperature, lighting, crowds, and air quality (including secondhand smoke), with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
