Director, Supply Operationsto build and optimize Prodege supply ecosystem. This is a deeply analytical, hands-on leadership role. You lead by diagnosing delivery bottlenecks, designing supply strategies, and optimizing marketplace unit economics, not by staying at a high-level theoretical layer.

You will manage the supply architecture for a global platform serving over 120 million registered users. Supported by a sophisticated data infrastructure and our Blackstone investment in early 2026, you will have the mandate and resources needed to build a scalable, high-efficiency supply network. What you will own- The end-to-end supply strategy across proprietary panels, third-party partners, and emerging supply channels
- The health, efficiency, and delivery reliability of Prodege supply marketplace
- The business requirements and product roadmap priorities for supply allocation, routing, profiling, and inventory management tools
- Supply ecosystem economics, including effective cost per complete, gross margin tracking, supplier cost management, and profitability by audience segment
- Cross-functional alignment between sales demand forecasts and operational supply capabilities

What you will do- Forecast client demand patterns, identify potential audience shortages, and deploy targeted supply expansion solutions
- Evaluate partner performance across geography, speed, cost, respondent quality, and delivery reliability to optimize portfolio mix
- Diagnose project-level delivery bottlenecks and analyze fulfillment metrics including fill rates, conversion rates, and time to fill
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize platform features that enhance routing efficiency and inventory visibility
- Advise sales, client success, and research teams on feasibility, pricing implications, incidence expectations, and achievable project timelines
- Collaborate with finance to track gross margin impact, manage supplier cost inflation, and align pricing guidance with operational realities
What you will bring- Eight (8) or more years of experience within market research, sample operations, panel management, respondent supply, or marketplace operations
- Four (4) or more years in a leadership role managing supply strategy, marketplace performance, or supplier ecosystems
- In-depth expertise in online survey sampling, feasibility modeling, incidence rates, quota management, and survey routing dynamics
- Proven track record of managing both proprietary panel assets and third-party sample provider networks
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in evaluating operational dashboards, unit economics, and gross margin optimization
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence revenue, product, and finance stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively across a remote, global organization spanning multiple regions and time zones
Bonus points- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
- Experience building automated supplier scorecards, inventory forecasting tools, or audience feasibility engines
- Direct experience developing survey routing logic, profiling algorithms, or marketplace matching rules
- Familiarity with advanced respondent validation, digital fingerprinting, and automated fraud prevention technologies
Pay Transparency: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $155,000 to $170,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
