What you'll do...
Role summary:
The (USA) Director, Strategic Account Management will lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance key client relationships and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration to align business objectives with customer needs, ensuring long-term retention and success. The director will oversee account management initiatives, provide thought leadership, and guide teams in delivering innovative solutions. Expertise in customer relationship management, decision making, and revenue forecasting is essential to support organizational goals and foster sustainable partnerships.
What you'll do:
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals, supporting their development, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring performance that reflects the standards of AM
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer success and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Chicago, Illinois US-10276: The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $242,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
