Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent education, training and/or experience.
• 15 years of experience in mechanical construction operations, including 5 years of industrial and specialty construction experience.
• Advanced knowledge of company operations and philosophy.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to successfully establish, achieve and align company, division, and project goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct project management processes, policies, and procedures according to company standards.
• Provide inputs on constructability, cost, scheduling, and other phases of each project.
• Review performance against plans, offer feedback, and approve operational changes as needed.
• Establish short-term and long-range goals aligned with company objectives.
• Define and ensure understanding of duties and authority for direct subordinates.
• Troubleshoot project issues by coordinating with staff to resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain expertise in construction management best practices and industry developments.
