- Lead small business support programs and manage direct support for program participants.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance for small business growth programs
- Continuously improve program offerings to align with regional growth
- Support data collection and management for small business growth and support programs
- Identify and maintain relationships with program partners

- Experience developing and leading programs from concept through execution
