Location: Schaumburg (currently hybrid with up to 50% remote)
Your mission in the Salesteam: You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies, tools, and programs that enable sales teams to achieve revenue goals. This role drives alignment across sales, marketing, product, and operations to improve sales efficiency, strengthen customer engagement, and support sustainable revenue growth.

Your day-to-day:- Translate company strategy into actionable plans for customer facing staff
- Deep understanding of business and industry for effective tactical planning
- Plan quarterly and annual calendared sales campaigns
- Manage Enablement team in finding opportunities and executing initiatives effectively.
- Compose communications and training materials targeting operators and the distribution channel
- Collaborate with Sr. VP Sales, Director Sales, Marketing and Database teams
- Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off
- Train Touchtunes sales staff and distribution channel sales staff
- Tracking implementation - measure and report using SalesForce.com
- Analyze results through reviewing reports and market trends
Your profile:- Strong self-management skills - Ability to set own priorities, plan/organize work, manage time effectively, excellent follow-through, and results oriented
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience selling and marketing process experience.
- Well-rounded leader familiar with target market and distribution channel
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communicator with the team and upper management, including ability to prepare and present complex sales presentations
- A good facilitator, experienced in listening techniques
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to coach and guide others
- Creative ability to generate ideas/concepts to increase sales and customer retention
- Ability to know how and when to provide constructive feedback in real time
- Limited Domestic Travel is required
