  • Collaborate with senior management to develop compliance strategies.

Support Product related regulatory compliance for a Fortune 500 Company with some of the most iconic brands! Have Ten years of professional regulatory experience? Do you have experience working for a regulatory agency such as FDA? If so, we want to speak with you!

We are currently seeking a Director, Regulatory Reporting & Submissions to join our Regulatory Affairs (RA) organization in Richmond, VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead product-related regulatory compliance, submissions and reporting on behalf of all of Altria's regulated operating companies.
  • Ensure all regulatory reporting obligations are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate impact of any new or evolving regulatory requirements on behalf of the operating companies.
  • Support Sr. Director as one of the primary Altria liaisons with regulatory authorities including FDA, CDC, and state regulatory agencies, among others.


We want you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree; regulatory certification a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience working with FDA regulations.
  • Prior experience developing, implementing, or complying with regulations, guidance documents, proposed rules, and other key regulations.
  • Prior experience working at FDA, Center for Tobacco Products a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks at same time and ensuring compliance deadlines are met.
  • Ability to understand industry trends, emerging regulatory concerns and major issues facing company.
  • Project and people management experience.


The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $135,100.00 - $236,350.00.
