Director, Provider Recruitment

Job Summary

The Director, Provider Recruitment will be responsible for developing and executing a system-wide recruitment strategy for both Physician and Advanced Practice Providers (APP). Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing the system-wide provider job requisition process. As the first pillar of the Provider Engagement experience, this role will set the tone for a positive provider experience and future career within Centralus Health.

Job Functions (5-10)
  • Engineer and lead the Centralus provider recruitment strategy with the goal of increasing candidate sourcing opportunities and filling provider requisitions efficiently and successfully
  • Responsible for developing of a system-wide provider job requisition process that will impart new guardrails and budget-approval requirements to align with the system-wide strategy of achieving financial sustainability; includes working closely with Operations, Finance and other internal stakeholders to develop a collaborative process
  • Manage and lead a hybrid team of provider recruiters
  • Manage the provider management system (PMS) which may include evaluating current partners to determine ideal system-wide partner to meet identified Centralus goals
  • Identify and monitor performance metrics that will be used to evaluate and track progress of the recruitment team to both leadership and Centralus Board of Directors
  • Leads recurring meetings to provide reports to leadership team detailing status of candidates in the pipeline along with the job requisitions they are connected to
  • Works closely and collaboratively with all areas of the Centralus Provider Engagement team to help create a positive and smooth experience for providers
  • Research issues related to recruitment workflows and provides feedback/recommendations to management for review
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with the capability to pivot quickly and adapt to directional change
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when exposed to sensitive information
