Full Job Description
This position is a senior product leader responsible for defining and executing product strategy for a portfolio of AI-native healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) products and platforms. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, artificial intelligence, data platforms, and enterprise software, leading teams that build agentic systems capable of autonomous decision-making, workflow orchestration, and intelligent revenue cycle execution, at scale.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Define and execute product strategy for a portfolio of AI-native healthcare RCM products.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, competitive threats, and emerging technology trends.
  • Drive product investment decisions based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic differentiation.
  • Lead portfolio planning and prioritization across multiple products and workstreams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal business stakeholders regarding product strategy and AI transformation opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI-native products from concept through launch, adoption, and scale.
  • Synthesize customer needs, market opportunities, technical capabilities, operational realities, and business goals into a cohesive roadmap for autonomous coding.
  • Partner with Data Science, AI Engineering, and Software Engineering to evaluate and operationalize emerging technologies.
  • Drive tradeoff decisions balancing scope, speed, quality, technical debt, and commercial outcomes.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes through AI-powered automation, productivity gains, revenue optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Clinical, Commercial, Delivery, Compliance, and Executive Leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional planning, execution, and communication efforts.
  • Coordinate dependencies across teams while removing blockers and maintaining delivery momentum.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
  • Establish career paths, performance expectations, and development plans for product team members.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, customer obsession, and innovation.
  • Recruit top product talent capable of thriving in an AI-native product organization.

Education Level

Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Experience Level

Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a management role

Skills
  • 8+ years leading product strategy and execution for enterprise software products.
  • 1+ years supporting AI-enabled, AI-native, analytics, automation, or intelligent workflow products.
  • 2+ years leading Product Managers and product teams.
  • Experience working with EHRs, practice management systems, payer workflows, claims processing, coding, denials, reimbursement, revenue integrity, or related domains.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale SaaS or platform products.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, AI, Data Science, and Design organizations.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
