Role Overview
Seeking an experienced product leader to drive strategy, governance, and value realization for enterprise platforms supporting a large-scale, mission-critical managed services environment. This role owns platform roadmaps, investment priorities, benefits realization, and executive stakeholder engagement across IT and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Own multi-year platform and product roadmap aligned to business, operational, and transformation goals.
Define product strategies for ITSM, Observability, AIOps, EUC, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Data, and AI platforms.
Ensure alignment between service commitments and platform evolution.

Value Realization

Define and track outcomes including MTTR reduction, incident avoidance, downtime reduction, change success rate, automation adoption, and cost optimization.
Lead executive governance reviews and benefits realization reporting.
Prioritize investments based on measurable business value.

Managed Services Product Leadership

Drive automation-first, AI-led, shift-left, and self-healing capabilities.
Partner with operations teams to improve SLA performance and service stability.
Lead platform modernization, standardization, and technical debt reduction.

Stakeholder Management

Serve as the product lead in executive and governance forums.
Influence senior business and technology leaders on modernization and AI adoption strategies.
Align delivery, operations, cybersecurity, architecture, finance, and vendor teams around a common product vision.

AI & Innovation

Lead adoption of AI, GenAI, AIOps, and automation platforms.
Improve incident prevention, operational efficiency, and user experience through AI-enabled capabilities.
Establish responsible AI governance practices.

Financial Accountability

Manage product investment prioritization, demand management, and consumption governance.
Partner with finance and commercial teams to improve cost transparency and platform economics.
Support renewals, growth initiatives, and transformation programs.

Leadership

Mentor Product Managers and Platform Owners.
Establish product governance, roadmap reviews, and release management processes.
Promote a product-centric and outcome-driven culture.

Required Experience

15+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in product, platform, or digital leadership roles.
Experience leading products and platforms in large managed services or complex enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of IT Operations, ITSM, Observability, EUC, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Data, and AI platforms.
Experience presenting to executive leadership and steering committees.
Strong product strategy, value realization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
SAFe, ITIL, Agile, Product Management, or Product Leadership certifications.
Experience in transportation, aviation, utilities, critical infrastructure, or other highly regulated environments preferred.

Mandatory Skills: NTS Consulting Product Lifecycle Manage.

Experience: >10 YEARS.
